I swear by lemon water. It has spared my body diet-coke-bloat a million times over.
I use a weight machine for an hour a day, and I run in the mornings.
I'm a nanny, so I care for a family. I cook, clean, babysit, the whole shabang. Its a shitty job. Its like being a babysitter for a family.i
I belly dance. Its seriously amazing. I had trouble convincing my single, very protective mother to let me do it, but she gave in. I only go twice a week,
but when I do, its the best. take it up. Now, I can't stand in the shower without belly dancing.
